The proportions needs work and his eyes are looking in opposite directions, but a great first attempt!

This isn't too bad. Since your're only like, 12 and it's good that you're trying:)

it could be a tad more perspectivly correct but tenuri is right , i think it has a lot of soul

it's a little rough around the egdes, but it totally has attitude, kewl
