Umeko and Itami had found each other when Umeko was 10 years old and Itami was 13 years old being homeless and all travelling around wonderingly and they just so happened to meet up and decided to look after each other. When they happened to get a little bit older they met up with a 10 year old Kazuki stumbling lifelessly. They soon took him in and formed team Itami Shi.
