I did this just before halloween but didn't get around to loading it up. <br />
I've wanted to do the Godrics Hollow scene for quite a while. I have no idea whether it happened anything like this but in my opinion after James had been killed it would only be natural for Lily to rush to his side.<br />
I like how James came out, which is a first cos usually i don't really like how i draw James, but i'm not too happy with Lily. It was quite differcult to draw her side on.<br />
Anyway i'm pretty pleased with it. It was very sad drawing it though. I don't think many people think much about James and Lily, but really they are one of the most important parts of the story. I just hope there's more back story in book 7, gotta love the back story ;-)

Envied Chaos: no, 1981 is right. harry was born in 1980, mum and dad died when he was one, and he was 1st year in 1991. if he was real, and alive now, he would be 26 this july. How sad am I for working all that out? :)I really like this pic. I think she wqould have had time to stop at his side for a moment, but she would probably already has harry, crying, in her arms. Great drawing;)

It is a very emotional moment, this is. The only thing I can think of wrong is that Lily would be dead before she'd have time to go back. And the date is wrong. It should be 1990. =)queenselphie on November 18, 2005, 9:02:20 AM
