For some reason, the first time I posted this it showed some other pic >.> My bad....

But yeah, for those who don't know, yes, that is Seifer from Final Fantasy VIII. And yes, he is in a beanie and a belly shirt. For some reason, I find that hilarious X3

Still the arrogant bastard he was from VIII, though I'd have to say he looks better in this outfit. Why couldn't he look like this before? I'd also like to know why Vivi is hanging out with him, Raijin, and Fuujin....erm, Rai and Fuu.

Need to work on his arm....and his hand annoys me to no end as well x_X
