Lemme tell ya, I would never be able to draw something like this without a direct reference for the pose... You did really well on the hands. Realistic hands are uber-hard to draw... I think his torso is a tad shorter than it should be...
Oh well, you're real good at cell-shading.... The only thing you need to work on is anatomy.
(Sorry if I sounded blunt... ^^;; I tend to do that a lot.)
