this is a request for http://www.fanart-central.net/profile-Rangiku.php who i've had the picture done for a while but because of a virus i lost a lot off stuff but im too tired to type it all out basics of it is i was only able to save my pictures i already had on there but then my scanner crapped out it's just started working again and i just got a new Photoshop so other requests will be done im soo sorry i haven't been able to get them up sooner.

I really hope you like it ;w; i kinda went crazy with the coloring XD -shot- i think it looks pretty.
