Bad time at the Ball *left half*

So this is part one of my picture. It was my first time working with cubism (picasso style) and oil pastels. The emotions this picture was created in and is supposed to inspire are sadness and alot of confusion. From just this part alone, it's hard to tell what exactly is going on and why the person depicted here is so sad, so you kinda need to see the whole thing together. So if you want to understand then look at this piece and then go look at Part 2.
