If this one is not quite up to par with some of my previous submissions, that's because I drew it 5 1/2 years ago. I just found it a day or two ago and the only thing I never finished was the sky. So I did that, and I liked it, so here it is. <3
She's from an original anime/manga story line my friend and I were developing. Each of 5 characters had a spirit form; Angel, Fox Demon, Samurai, Fairy, and one I never finished. lol. Obviously, this is the Angel.
... and yes, that is Sailor Cosmos' staff. I just liked it so much, but since then I've given her a different staff.
