Rapture, the NEW beginning

I haven't been on FAC for a while and that partially due to kinda losing my Identity as an artist. What that means is that I'm in college majoring in Media Arts and Animation with a minor in Game Art and Design. These fields are highly demanding and the most demanding they they want is originality.

Growing up in a time in which media is everywhere and sequals are being made of everything just goes to show just how hard it is to come up with something original anymore.

But in order to make it as a Concept Artist (the most difficult job to get and hold onto next to Animator) I really needed to try and come up with something mine.

Thus enter Rapture. She's not a character but merely a show of how I'm expanding my style in my neverending quest for originality.

Note to aspiring artists who want to attend art school: if you're going to art school in America, if you draw anime don't expect to get any positive comments about it. Also just because you like video games doesn't mean that you'll like making them.
