RP? Sounds interesting! (My sis's hooked on one and I ended up not being able to use the PC...:sob:) Maybe you can try drawing out the entire head (without hair) first and add in the hair later. It's easier and kind of prevents you from getting a deformed head :)

Nice pic, but somethings wrong with the head again. It looks kind of deformed, the way the hair brings it out. (By the way, is he gonna be someone in the story?" ^_^
