Well, this is an idealistic picture of Naruto's Hurricane rasengan. I hear rumors that he's going to have one. This probably isn't going to be what the real thing looks like, but I just thought I'd draw it for fun. There's a small bend/rip in the paper here and there, but overall It's Ok I think. Enjoy.
