Ok, first things i noticed was his shoes, they are really small and make it look almost comical that they are so small compaired with the rest of his body, which you have kepted pretty proportional.

The second thing was that his center of gravity seemed to be off too. Like his entire body was almost making a C formation. When you draw you probably angle the paper, (i do it too. : ( ) when you start off, try and draw a basic skeleton format with the paper being straight and then you can angle it, really helps keeping the character blanced and gives you an idea where you're character is and what he'll be doing in the picture.
