Ok, I think a little constructive critisism is needed here: First off, her neck is a bitt too long to be natural, or else you have to fix her shoulders (if you look in a mirror, you can see that shoulders extend beyond the boundries of even the head) and also, her legs are a bit too small and her arms a bit straight and underdeveloped. though I see lots of potention because you did add the contour of the clavicle there. Her face is done really well. Keep practicing, okay? :)

good job! I think you really did a good job on the body. You did pretty well on the hands too, for some reason I always have trouble drawing them ;)

All I can think of to improve it is clean it up a bit (erase marks better) and maybe shade or color it. (I like color personally)
