Thanks ^-^ that's my current favorite hair technique on the computer. I thought it up in the car one day, I use the palette knife in Corel Painter Essentials 2, which is the software I almost always use. I can't figure out Photoshop.

thanks i use prismas colored pencils

Crayola colored pencils Crayola double sideed pencils

and derwent colour soft pencils
a lot ^^ i just got better at them since i first got here
