Well I decided to make an evil counterpart for sparky Surge...People say he was spawned from the pits of hell .. others say he was created by beings from another world...Eggman says he created Sparky and Surge!!!! Was sparky really made from eggman??? Was sparky created to destroy!!!!!blahblahblahblahblahblahblah to much talking.... This pic is just Surge using his ultimate technique TOTAL CHAOS!!!!
