Biography: Amber was born in the city of Los Angeles, she is three years younger than her sister, Pattie. When she was five years old, Amber always admire her sister’s dueling skills and wish to take her legacy. With her mother and father separated she stayed with her grandparents along with her sister, she also maintained a playful and spirited personality. She shares a close bond with her older sister and loves her dearly even though their parents are nowhere in sight. At the age of 15, she attended Duel Academy in England as a freshman while her sister was a junior. One night, Amber and her sister were abducted by Torrez three days before she transferred to Duel Academy and were being kept hostage at the Atlantic Castle. Pattie tried her best to calm her little-terrified sister, Amber was crying her heart out begging to be released. Under Torrez’s command, two of his henchmen dragged her away having her cry out for her sister to save her, Pattie tried to reason to reason with Torrez by exchanging her for her sister, her please did nothing as Amber was being taken away to an unknown fate. Torrez used the power of the Orichalcos on Amber to turn her against her sister. When Pattie and the gang arrive to Japan, she desperately searched for her sister, but when they arrive to the castle, Amber stood before them and challenged her sister to a duel, when Pattie broke her free, she gave her soul up. Amber ran to her sister holding her tightly having heavy tears. Then, Amber and the gang dueled Torrez and defeated him and took back the souls he took. She went to Duel Academy with Jaden and the gang. Amber met Alexis’ older brother, Atticus Rhodes and develops a strong crush on him. When she found out that her older sister in a relationship with Jesse Anderson, she became jealous and lonely thinking that her sister will forget about her. Jesse told her that she’ll take care of her and loves her no matter what, Amber then accepts him as her brother in law. Amber was talking to Alexis about her having feelings for Atticus, but neither did they realized that Atticus was listening and began to have feelings for her as well. Later on, she found that Jesse was trapped in another dimension, she decided to back Jaden and the gang up using her Shooting Stars Fairy to help open the portal and were in the dark dimension. Amber got separated from the gang and began to search for Jesse, the gang noticed and got worried, mostly Atticus. The gang went to go search for her and then find Jesse, Amber was snatched up and taken to the Supreme King’s castle as a hostage, Atticus spots her and the gang rushed to her rescue. Atticus dueled the Goblin in order to save Amber from his hands, Amber couldn’t help but watch when he lost she ran to him and holding him tight before he goes to the stars. Atticus told that she cares for her and loves her deeply, his final words as his get send to the stars. Amber cries deeply in Alexis blaming herself, Alexis told her he did it for her and told that they’ll get him back. The only remaining ones were her, Pattie, Jaden, Syrus, Faline, Zane, Bastion, Mr. Crowler and Tania. When the door opened Jesse appeared possessed by Yubel, Amber’s eyes widened and sees her sister cried seeing him trying to snap him out of it, but Yubel got him fully under her control. When Jaden dueled him and won, Jesse was back to normal and collapsed, Pattie and Amber ran to him hugging him, Amber apologized for the way she acted towards him. Jesse smiles and forgives her, and rests on Pattie’s lap. After the Yubel incident, the gang returned to Duel Academy, Pattie and Amber returned to their original England Duel Academy for the summer, but then came back to senior year.

After years went by at the age of 24, Atticus and Amber got married and moved to New York and they had two sons named Aaron and Adrian that will carry on of Duel Monsters.

Relationship:

Pattie Quilter: Like her older sister, she’s more tomboyish and competitive when it comes to dueling. When they were younger they shared a very close bond to each and care for each other deeply. She respects her sister as the Queen of Duel, she often talks to everyone how her sister beat Yugi at the battle city. Amber often gets annoyed when Pattie get too overprotective with her when it comes to boys or her hang with certain crowd and hates when Pattie is being so nosy. Amber really loves her sister, in Power of Orichalcos she cried when Torrez took her soul and wanted to avenge her. Even though these two sisters argue a lot, they still will be the Quilter sisters no matter what.

Jesse Anderson: When she first met Jesse, she was skeptical with him but later on they shared a brother and sister bond. Like Jesse, she is more concerned for Pattie’s well-being and loves her deeply. In Conquering the past part 3, she was deeply upset and sad that Yubel took control of him and turned against the gang. Later he was back to normal her and Pattie ran towards him and hugs him tightly in tears. Amber accepts him as his brother-in-law.

Jaden Yuki: Jaden and Amber share a bit of similarities, like Jaden she is very competitive when it comes to dueling. They always tend to lack on their school work and always late for class every day, which her sister is really annoyed with that. Amber looks at Jaden as his second brother figure and role model and Jaden seem protective of her as well.

Alexis Rhodes: When Amber first met Alexis, she finds Alexis as an older sister that wasn’t always as noisy as her older sister, Pattie. She close to Alexis, and could talk to her about anything even about her older brother, Atticus. (who she has a crush on).
