The Smallest Dragon

Shudder had always had big dreams of acting as a stop light when they broke down at car intersections. He knew deep down that he was perfect for the job, there was only one thing in his way. Every time anything came near him, he jumped. It scared him to have things near him! How on earth could he deal with cars?

Realizing he ought to start small, Shudder headed into a bush to begin his training. The leaves, blown towards him by breezes, weren't too bad. He felt he was doing pretty good... and then he saw the caterpillar.

Poor Shudder, who's going to tell him that even if he *can* get over his fear of moving things, he's far to small to be a street light? D:
