Yes...I drew him as a kid. This is (obviously) the movie version of the Phantom...hope there's no question of that. So: Young Phantom, or, as I like to call him for creepy and mysterious reasons, the Ickle Pootling.

I remember first seeing that scene in the movie and getting ready to jump out of my seat and attack the 2-dimensional gypsy-man on the screen.. 'Twas fun.
