Finally!Contest pic #2!

I'm sorry,if it tokk so long and if I didn't got Kel right.You know,I'm ultra-sucker at drawing other OCs,especially clotnes.I have read about Kel's style,so I earlier drawed her in long dress and that coat,but it seems,like my GIMP didn't wanted to color it,so I croped some part and here is complete version.
