Predator and Prey

Here are 2 of Planet Animal's life forms (yet to be named).
 
The herbivores are actually space parasites that feed on the algae. They are usually bipeds. They absorb their food by sucking it through a number of phalanx, first by covering them with an enzyme to smooth em up (like how a fly eats). Their thin neck supports a large cranium, with a different number of compact eyes popping out of them. Their structure can only exist because the gravity is low (Planet Animal is rouhly the size of Mercury).
 
The Carnivores are generated from the planet itself. They are created to fight off the parasites. They also have phalanxes, but use it to suck up meat. They can attack with claws and horns, and their legs are highly muscled tentacles. They tend to walk on three of those. The one present here is the alpha species of anti bacterials.
 
That last little green trilobite like creature you saw in my previous drawings are parasites as well. However they feed mainly on dead skin or hair, and sometimes will scavenge. They are like a clean up crew. But some predators will from time to time feed on them when they cant find food. So these trilobites spend most of their time hidding in the water, amond underwater versions of the algae trees.
