Lampade + Radium, Rontgen

Lampade (Beldum+Torkoal): In the labs, this Pokemon was supposed to evolve on its own, but so far, nothing. Giovanni was impatient with the Lampades so he discarded the formula and released the created ones in the wild. The Lampades felt lonely on their own, but the flames on their backs lured more lost Pokemon. Suddenly, the Lampade's instincts became clearer and they guided the lost Pokemon to safety.
From that day forward, Lampades have been saving the lives of lost travellers and guiding them to their homes. Stories say that they even guided ghosts to where they can rest in peace.

Radium (Koffing+Cubone): Their heart is made of Plutonium, an extremely radioactive material. They constantly release gases from their head to prevent self destruction, but this pollutes the area and kills plants. A group of Radium have completely destroyed a wild life preserve, which become a poison pokemon sanctuary in the end. When a Radium stops expelling smoke, it's a sign that it's ready to self destruct.
 
Rontgen (Weezing+Marowak): As a Radium it moved on a slime trail. Now, Rontgen is fully mobile with four legs (which are made up of sewers and slime). They are now steel types as well, with a body made of molten metal. They have two smoke stacks on their shoulders that can expel smoke in the direction they want.
