Her hands are locked up and the chain lead all the way to a small guillotine located on her chest. Even her legs are chained, but they're not linked to anything.

But employment in professions relies on one's brain, not her body. The key to your escape from the guillotine strapped to your chest, lies at your feet. All you have to do is reach down to grab it. Be aware that by lowering yourself you'll raise the blade, slowly cutting your chest, thus riding the part of you that has overshadowed your mind. But don't worry, beyond that door lies a telephone and first aid kit. Move quickly, for in 3 minutes the bombs in this room will detonate. Live or die Nikki, make your choice!"
