The anchor trap

This trap also takes place in the abandonned bank (like the elevator shaft). This guy however is at the roof top. There's a collar with nails around his neck, with a wire that leads to a bag full of money, and its a heavy one.
 
After watching the tape, he has a minute to punch through a glass box and retrieve the key, or his head's a goner.
