You remember that prison age with the purple clouds? Well this age is home to that person's cousin, who is much nicer. So she deserved a lil' something.
The pun on the age's name comes from the owner's name and the amount of rock stalagmites on the west coast. It's a gift for her to train her sculpting. Also features a statue of her, a rock circle for dances, trees and a house.
