Vinnian Age

This is my age, suited for a life style I prefer. My wooden tower is my home, and links each end of the island by wooden pathways. The entire island perimeter is actually a bicycle course I use to stay in shape. An elevator leads to the core of the island, as well at its fruit tree canopy, fresh water lake and salt water lagoon. There lies my library and the first super dish I constructed, that can send messages to other ages across the galaxy.
There are several sentry towers around the island, which I use as lookouts, and protection. The wildlife on Vinnian is quite complex, and there are predators to watch out for. A tunnel leads to a cave system underground near the lake where I find minerals for various experiments.
The planet orbits a red dwarf star which means there are extreme UV flares now and then. Around the bicycle course are small shelters for stocking and for protection. Adjacent to the island is a thin mound where volcanic activity has been found. I use the heat to cook my meat and to heat my tower when it gets cold.
