Description
I take back if I ever said I'd stop making remakes. These guys constantly need make overs. In Kwetzal's case, I needed to take off the antlers which 1. Were not present in an actual Quetzalcoatl 2. Are needed for my 4rth Generation Semi-Legendary Dragon.
