Kuiccine and Whytookay

In the story, you end up helping scientist fight the evolve form of Lixonuke, who is taking over the entire region's computer system. You have to take an Antivir with you offered by the Prof but then you're only allowed to take two more Pokémon with you because the space on the Disk is too full for the player to take more Pokémon along. On the way, you'll fight many Lixonukes and Porygons. Eventually you make it to a file where you can upgrade Antivir into Kuiccine, who will then be faced by Whytookay.

Kuiccine: The great defender of the computer network. Along with his divine powers, it can read DNA and RNA codes faster than the best human reader, and find the ideal Amino Acid to destroy, thus terminating any virus.

Whytookay: Humans have poorly learned from the events of Lixonuke. When technology progressed as well as cyber terrorism, Lixonuke learned and evolved, reprogrammed to counter any further attack and break through any fire wall. Its main purpose is to hack into all the programs that will engage into mass destruction.
