I've seen similar creatures in "Captain Claw" by Monolith Inc. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Claw_%28video_game%29 and http://www.kapitanpazur.piasta.pl/en/game.html#eb , they're found in levels 11 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJHew4Hkis0 and 12 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cDawsN0H9Tg
