All the cats are wielding 0.45 ACP ( 11,43mm) pistols - Delilah and Callista have Colt M1911A1, Penny and Mona wield smaller pistols the same caliber.  That stone block with plate, knife and blood on surface has to be altar, where cultists of Trollantula perform their hideous rituals, including bloody sacrifices made of males.
