I found out that someone translated the article of him in Polish, but probably it is neither written there nor any other one that during his career as a minister he was known about his idiotic speeches such as "the Hungarian and Japanese new-born babies both have a small red dot on their bottom" or "public debt of the state will dissappear as fast as the pogácsas (a baked salty snack which can be prepared in various ways, most notably with cheese or pork fat-nuggets)  run out from the plate" :D

I've never heard of that guy before, but I believe you about his lack of competence. Sadly, majority of politicians are like that in every country of the world.

Poland isn't better - amongst 460 representatives in our Sejm http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Szejm_%28lengyel%29 and 100 in our Senate http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Senate_of_Poland (someone forgot to write article in Hungarian) , less than 20 people in Sejm are qualified politicians, while those in Senate seem just sitting in armchairs and simply confirming decisions from the lower house of our parliament, without reading the legislature projects carefully. xD

Our president of National Bank of Poland http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marek_Belka has been involved in even greater scandal in June 2014 http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-28001780 , weird nobody was willing to impeach him.

Well I wouldn't say that he was not competent at all, rather that public speeches were not among his talents. Now as the president of the National Bank, he's not pressed by the media, so probably since then there's no such dumb thoughts by him. Many people feel sorry about that because he was a popular "source of fun", if you know what I mean :D
  
Anyway, was that secret discussion the same in which Donald Tusk was also involved? I remember that last year it was a big hit in the news.

Sure I do - politicians have always been best targets to laugh at. Good example is our former president Kwaśniewski http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aleksander_Kwa%C5%9Bniewski , who is famous of his small scandal with his university diploma: it was proved that Kwaśniewski did study Foreign Trade at the University of Gdansk http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/University_of_Gda%C5%84sk , but he failed couple of exams and never prepared his master degree work, which means he doesn't have right to admit he's got university degree. Somehow, he did admit he completed his university education, which was sooner or later discovered, and as result, there was a joke made about him:
- What's the world's shortest joke ?
- Master of Foreign Trade Kwaśniewski.

Yup, that's the same issue. Part of our society expected Donald Tusk being impeached for that, but instead of loosing stool of Prime Minister, he was selected as President of European Council. Currently, one of his deputies from the party http://hu.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ewa_Kopacz is our Prime Minister, but she's even less competent than Donny was.

That ogre-ratcist from my work belongs to tribe led by Dusk the Rabid One - her "beloved" leader has a custom of sending Ogrelope for spy missions, despite they usually end up like I depicted. xD

I thought it was a sort of clone created by Dusk, to create her dusky army.   LOL
You know, a kind of ugly creature, created with the face of her "mother";
and of course it would have been created by ​scissiparity ( which is often seen in the unevolved forms of life). 
Other means of reproduction not being available for obvious reasons.

So, in fact, Ogrelope is not a clone;
just a silly and servile slave, obeing to the orders of her master.   :-)
 

Ogres don't have access to cloning technology, but it can't be excluded, that greater evil created those disgusting creatures. Just like in J.R.R. Tolkien's novels about "The Lord of the Rings". ;)

I see your point though, since our green-skinned bullies look exactly the same: ugly, rude, obnoxious, cynical, egoistical, brutally aggressive, insane and unable to experience any positive feelings.

As for Ogrelope, she's average member of her species - she respects her master partially of fear, partially because she admires brutality greater than her own. xD

Her accessories (hat & glasses) are great.   :-)

Does Ogrelope have special tools or weapons for her missions? 

Only her goggles, plunger she wears instead of hat and hatred towards all the non-ogres burning inside her. :D
