Developed version of http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures/user/TeeJay87/847100/iPenny-raw-sketch - with both Pussycat sisters ( Penelope and Mona ) at the swimming pool. They're either making double selfie or receiving message from their love Stan.
Pussycats intentionally have gray fur colours - they've been swimming in a pool, where unknown wise guy put too many chlorine pills to water, which bleached their fur (just like Marlene had in one of "Penguins from Madagascar" episodes). Well, our kitties still remain blondes - just platinum ones instead of honey blondes.
Penelope and Mona belong to PAWS Inc.

I've also noticed you prefer sketch of this picture http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures/user/TeeJay87/847100/iPenny-raw-sketch than coloured version, since it's in your favorites.Perhaps aqua green on Pussycat's bikinis merges too much with tiles on the background, though I've thought it'd contrast enough with background. :)
