Dolt-on-Istov is seeking for vodka in the bottom of the Pacific Ocean, closer to Californian Bay.
Being typical Russian communist from Moscow, Doltie doesn't know that sharks have taste for human meat instead of drinking his beloved alcohol.
Design for shark and background comes from "Furry Fish" episode of Krypto the Superdog. Dolty is supposed to be speaking such botched English, since Russian communists never cared much about teaching languages of their enemies.
This picture is my gift for Saltwater, who shares sophisticated sense of humour with me. :)

I am not sure Doltie is looking at the best place for vodka.
It seems that he is just looking for troubles everywhere he goes....
Now, I wonder how he will get out of this tricky situation.... :-)

Doltie can be described as "Udarnik of getting into trouble" - he achieved more than 270% of expected issues he's getting into every month. The only certain thing is that follies of his kind always have more luck than mind. ;)Glad you enjoy this little gift ! ^^

On the condition our shark survives ethanol intoxication - concentration of ethanol in Doltie's body exceeds safe amounts for human organism, which means other species can also suffer from intoxication. ;)
