The only difference between this version and http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures/user/TeeJay87/850802/Fashion-Folly-2-version-1 is hug between Ian and Delilah - I've modified their poses to show Vassily's attempts of wooing Koshko-pindos ("kitty Ameri****" in Russian) being even more futile. Cool!Honestly, I'm a huge fan of Beavis and Butt-head, but I don't remember this scene.
Don't you know the episode title by chance? I assume it is from one of the late seasons, maybe from 1996-97?

If you watched "Beavis and Butt-head", you may remember there was a scene, where Butt-head dressed in similar beach wear https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/736x/00/2a/a6/002aa6393455f873d5cce6b059d82647.jpg . 
One could say that Vassily is another example, how have Russians been ripping off American stuff since 1917. ;)
