Completed version of http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures/user/TeeJay87/852609/Police-Panda-raw-sketch , flagged mature due to depiction of busted bandit and leftist symbols worn by him.
The title was supposed to be parody of The Beatles album https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sgt._Pepper%27s_Lonely_Hearts_Club_Band , have to admit, making fine pun was quite difficult.
This picture is supposed to be my part of art trade with pen friend from Russia. Due to his request, I had to refashion Sgt. Pete's (that's his name) uniform into 1930s one and modify his design. At least he shouldn't look like Po's clone anymore.
Pete C. Justice belongs to Pandaren-Chaplain on dA.

Looks cool, but what are those brownish lines on Pete's uniform?Are those just dirt, or the leftist ghoul just was about to infect him before he knocked it off of him ? :D

Those are supposed to be stains after leftist-ghoul's vomit attack - the one taken down by Pete played too much Metal Slug 3 and tried to spew his stomach liquids in the same way zombies from the game do http://metalslug.wikia.com/wiki/Zombies .Hopefully the drunk dead from San Francisco Bay don't have such a lethal poison in their body fluids, though their saliva emits alpha radiation. Pete should have his uniform washed twice to get rid off those traces of combat, since even weakest form of radiation may be harmful. ;)
