She is apparently one of those Landing Crafts Garlene http://www.fanart-central.net/pictures/user/TeeJay87/857207/Garlene-Fanboys-and-their-GArshevik-R... , who are mad that I dare to remind Penelope's and Mona's existence and mate them with own-made OC.

That Doubtfully Reasonable Person has originally written [file:///D:/Archivos%20Usuario%20[NO%20BORRAR]/Pictures/Orson%20Angry.png|My reaction to see your last artwork" - she thought she'd throw a picture directly from her own computer to the Wiki comment, which is physically impossible. But at least hilarious.
