Description

I finally did ice over again, minus that big awkward looking chunk from the other. Was thinking of Shiva from pre PS Final Fantasies and how she had a scarf or sash thing. And I added icy wings. And when ice moves, a little frozen trail can be seen. Thanks to FighterMisao and her ice element girl for giving me the inspiration I needed. I know Japanese, too. Domo arigato ^_^
