I've seen people rdaw Amy and Rouge switching clothes, so I thought, why not do Tikal and Amy? And Fanart Central, this is my 3rd attempt to send in this picture. It had to many pixals before, and now I scanned it at 75 dots per inch. If this isn't good enough, nothing is!
