Here is the second in the series of Characters I'm doing for a Dungeons and Dragons like Game Called Duel Arcane, if you wanna know more about it go read my first submission on Duel Arcane. :)

Anyway What I Like about this one:
-Her clothing texture
-The staff/ and actually like the glow effect I did

What I don't like so much:
-Her face, it's ok I guess
-Her hair, not good with hair effects yet
-Her feet, they look out of place or something.

Cute style! And not anime, yay! Your anatomy is slightly off, and I think you could make the stripes in the inner dress a little squiggly to give the appearence of wrinkles, it just looks a little out of place.
