This was an attempt at making a realistic Neji. I want to jump him now. My RA monica tried to steal him from me cause she thought he was hot. I love the way he came out. His hair his like 6 different layers of color and his eye has 5 colors in it to make it look reflective. Prismas and pen. Feedback/ requests welcome.
