Flandre Scarlet

This is Flandre Scarlet. Sorry some of it got cut off during scanning. It's supposed to completely say Flandre Scarlet "The Devil's little sister". Anyway, she appeared as an extra stage boss in The Embodiment of the Scarlet Devil. She has been locked in the basement for a really long time because of her destructive powers, so fans consider her a little insane.
Since she only has been feed prepared blood, unlike other vampires, who keep people they attack alive to feed on, Flandre just destroys them. Another thing is that her wings aren't like her older sister Remilia. Fan's think that something happened to her original wings, and she made these as a replacement. A little thing missing from this pic is her hat. I have trouble with hats, especially hers.
