His hat's wrong -_-' It looks like it should have fish-hooks in it. I haven't had a lot of practice drawing people wearing hats, especially my man wearing his trilby. But I bought myself a trilby today to use as a model :)
More cel-shading practice, but I think I've screwed it up on some parts. I must say, I'm very pleased with how the hand turned out. I really hate drawing hands, but I feel I've done all right this time (YAY!)
I was originally going to call this 'Dandy Demon', but then I felt as though there wasn't enough happening in the picture to be called that. So, instead, he's just wishing you a good evening....

Oh crap, you feel the hand is too big? :C This is why I hate drawing hands! I always draw them either too big or too small! GAH!I really did not mean to make the hat look like a fisherman's hat, but I didn't have a trilby on me for reference :\ Ah well.
