I thought I had submitted this here. I'd put it up on ConceptArt and I guess I forgot to put it here too. Woops ^^;
Anyway, these are a few sketches, trying to improve on the Freak. And also the monster hand that drags him back into.... uhh..... let's call it 'The Hell Realm' for now, shall we?
Regarding the monster hand: What I want to achieve is something hideously deformed, rather like the fleshy lumps I saw when I watched the Call of Cthulhu: Destiny's End trailer on YouTube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lb5QbCUP5cc). Just gotta keep trying.
Pencil with some Photshop tweaking. These were actually drawn on an A3 sheet of paper, so I had to scan this in three parts to get all the drawings in, hence the varying line qualities.
The Freak is (c) of me.
