Just a quick doodle. I wanted to see how I would look if I drew myself in a sort of Art Speigelman style.

Since 'Maus' is German for 'Mouse' I looked up the German word for 'wolf'. It's..... wolf. How boring.

Pen with some Photoshop tweaking.

I got the whole thing for Christmas and I've savoured it twice. It's a very good read :)

Adorable?! Pfft, ok then. I was afraid that the way I drew my specs made me look older than I am.

No, I'm not offended. I just find it strange that anyone would think this is adorable :P

'Maus' came in two volumes. Volume one was 'A Survivors' Tale' or 'My Father Bleeds History' in 1986. Volume two followed in 1991 and was called 'And Here my Troubles Began.'

It's the eyes, that style of eyes makes... anything look cute, I guess. :)
And I need to get my hands on the second volume. To the library!!
