Description

This is my entry for a contest over on DeviantArt, where you had to re-design the leader of the Loch Ness clan. Part of the rules were that the character had to have legs (as in, not sushi on the bottom), have a dolphin's tail and wings like a manta ray. Everything else was my idea.

I totally could not resist drawing him with a fin mohawk and a kilt. The spiky fins on his arms and legs were inspired by Abe Sapien from Hellboy.
