A thank-you gift for ItsLudar for giving me a premium membership on DeviantArt 
It was Gavin's turn to take the dawn watch for the Woonko tribe. Although his main task was to warn the tribe of predators, he was also given a slingshot and some ammo since it certainly wouldn't hurt to try to take down a threat before it came closer. Watch duty could be lonely, but watching the sunrise was quite rewarding.
I tried to emulate watercolour for the trees like it was in the film, and I found a brilliant tutorial in The Digital Artist's Survival Guide by ImagineFX magazine. What I've done isn't exactly perfect, but I like to think I've got the basic gist of it
