The Great Sage

Done in PaintTool SAI. Background rendered in Terragen.

I got LAZY after I finished painting him. Know why? Instead of painting a background I opened Terragen and threw together a five minute, or less, landscape. Which is a pathetic excuse of a landscape. Pasted it in SAI and then threw an orange overlay on it after (poorly) softening up some of the hard edges. Why orange? Because his character is often represented with oranges, golds, and browns.

Anywho. Seiten Taisei, looking pretty. I thought flushing the tip of his ear would be cute but went a little overboard with it, I think... And... His lips are too pink. Oh well!

By the way, there's a chance I'll paint an actual background for this and add some more highlights to his hair sometime in the near future, but don't pray for it.
