Misao Taira

Just about a week ago an original manga idea hit me after I drew the pic of Bryan. I was thinking of creating a soccer manga after I finish with my Naruto fan comic Shinku Ame.

So far I don't have any basic idea for how it would be put together since the idea just came to me in short anime clips. In most of these clips this character came to mind. Her name is Taira which is supposedly my name translated into Japanese. She's the new girl in school and wants to join the soccer team. However, the team captain Arashi Kazoku won't except her on the team becuase it's supposed to be an all boys' team. This was only an excuse, the real reason was becuase they didn't get along in elementary and middle school and he doesn't like her at all. When Taira proves her skills to the rest of the team during tryouts the team forces Kazoku to take her in. Kazoku gives in to his glaring teammates and asks her to join the team against his will. As the manga progresses the two continue to fight as they play but without knowing it they start to develop feelings for each other as they grow closer together.

I guess Taira is based off of me even though I don't play soccer. She looks a lot like me though and has the same personality. The soccer captain Kazoku would be based off of Bryan, although he's never disliked me at all. I guess the KazokuxTaira paring is based off of me and Bryan. I think it's a great idea however I'm going to have to come up with a non-generic title for it.
