My second Cyborg 009 OC. She's 0016, 0015's teammate. Before she was turned into a cyborg she was the daughter of a wealthy cheese maker in Sweden. One winter one of the giant furnaces used to keep the factory warm exploded due to the carelessness of an employee who was supposed to keep the temperature under control. Brigitta just barely escaped the ruins. Black Ghost happened to be in town at the time and when they discovered Brigitta she was taken to their headquarters against her will.

0016's power is the ability to turn anything she touches into ice. This means that she can't touch anyone she comes in contact with or else they'll be frozen solid. In order to prevent this she wears special gloves made by a young scientist who befriended her. The gloves keep her power in check by keeping her hands warm.
