I redrew this character here http://tsunekochan.deviantart.com/art/Hyuuga-Rikumii-46052720 I drew her last year and when her creator asked me about her i wanted to draw her an updated picture of the character. So here she is, Hyuuga Rikkumi, cousin of Hyuuga Shizuku. I'll color this soon.
