Me gusta bailar is just 'I like to dance' in the present tense.

however, ¿Te gustaría bailar? (as a question) means 'would you like to dance?' in the conditional form.

there are a lot of different tenses in Spanish xP

Tell me about it XD I'm taking Spanish 1 (I'm a freshman lol) and we're learning present progressive, past, and future tenses... And there's much more to come next year XD
